You get loads of experience in different environments and on different projects, you get the resources to raise your skills to the next level and you get so many fringe benefits it's ridiculous. The only downside is that you often get put on Accenture projects which are typically high stress and heavy workloads... but you take the good with the bad. It's worth it!"

What do you like about working at Avanade?

"I work with a large number of good people that are good at what they do and are quite knowledgeable. The career model is flexible to meet the ever changing projects that we do, and with the continuous growth, there is lots of room for advancement."

"Be positive. The people I work with are part of the team, no matter what project we are on, and a good attitude is a must to do well in the company."

What don't you like about working at Avanade?

"There are a good number of policies to read and understand, but it only has to be suffered through once."

"Keep up the good work, you have made it a great company to be a part of."

"I've worked for Avanade for 6 months. It was a very good experience in which I had been able to learn a lot about CRM, Dynamics and the different tools we can use with it. The workplace environment was peaceful and the relationship with other collaborators was good. The only bad thing was the project I was affected to."

"Traveling from project to project. No time to get bored."
