"I work with a large number of good people that are good at what they do and are quite knowledgeable. The career model is flexible to meet the ever changing projects that we do, and with the continuous growth, there is lots of room for advancement."

"Be positive. The people I work with are part of the team, no matter what project we are on, and a good attitude is a must to do well in the company."

What don't you like about working at Avanade?

"There are a good number of policies to read and understand, but it only has to be suffered through once."

"Keep up the good work, you have made it a great company to be a part of."

"Avanade is hands down one of the best companies to work for. You get loads of experience in different environments and on different projects, you get the resources to raise your skills to the next level and you get so many fringe benefits it's ridiculous. The only downside is that you often get put on Accenture projects which are typically high stress and heavy workloads... but you take the good with the bad. It's worth it!"

"Traveling from project to project. No time to get bored."

"Seriously consider working for Avanade. If you can stand the weekly travel it is worth it."

"Find a good path for your senior leaders. No opportunities for growth."
