"I love working with new people and satisfying their needs with A/V. I have been doing this line of work for sixteen years. The most exciting part is fixing a problem that seems impossible. When you find a solution to a problem and the client is pleased, it makes this work well worth the time. The thing I dislike is when equipment is not properly tested, the outcome to situations like this is frustrating and does not make anyone happy. Overall I would like to remain in the A/V world."

"I moved to New York for more opportunity to work in a bigger market and major industry."

"Develop structured expectations for technicians and specific accountability to be measured by and then allow the technician the freedom to accomplish the task."
