"It is a good place to work."
"Company was great, customers loved the employees, management lacked at times and some policies are not enforced or beneficial"
"It's a learning experience worth taking."
"Have been there 12 years and as the minimum wage keeps rising, the rest of us get screwed. Some guy with 1 year in just transferred and makes $5 an hour more than I do."
"As a red shirt this company is fine. Move into management and they give you the shaft. They do not compensate existing wages when mandatory wages are increased (in other words everyone who has been working there takes a pay cut) They demand, demand, demand so they can get bonuses that no one actually earning the money ever sees and, quite frankly, I encountered less stress when I worked in a jail turning keys to cells of those who were out to injure me. I would never recommend this as a permanent employer. Typical corporate slave drivers."
"Autozone is an excellent place to start as a job, pay is usually above minimum wage and can be an enjoyable experience. I do not recommend working there for more than two years as a red shirt. If you haven't become a grey shirt in less then a year and half, you should plan on searching for a new job."
"Great solid company, but it might be handicapped by the lack of future vision and the thrift culture."
"I have worked for this company for over two years."
"The job is store by store so each store experience is different, in my store the people are good, the supervisor is great, but the pay for doing your job sucks, no matter how well you do it."
"It paid for my expenses while I attended University."
