"it is a ok company to start with but if the corporate philosopy does not change longevity is not expected"

"the lack of morale, top down philosopy in management, lack of competitive pricing, no raises in 4 years actually the pay has gone down"

"get back to basics, adjust prices so sales can be made, improve morale with the employees, treat employees like assets not expendable liabilities, show customers and employees they care and appreciate them"
