A good place to execute projects in a short period of time, unfortunately, the need for remediation is constant due to the lack of a proactive problem-solving approach."

"Autocar Trucks is a very disorganized company that suffers from high turnover at nearly every position. Management struggles to communicate goals and very often projects are started or ended without people who are assigned to the projects even knowing. The culture created by management often results in infighting between the different departments. Most of the people I worked with were very friendly and professional but the underlying issues at the company make it an unpleasant place to work"

"The company was fair and the coworkers were good. I had many friends and enjoyed my workload. I was compared my manager to a list of narcissist traits with a fellow worker and we were surprised that much of it exactly matchedwhat was written. Especiall the hdry umor and with they think they exhibit over others. It is alway your fault, never theirs and they alway new better although they allow you or forwarded the responsibility to you to complete. The place is full of terrible middle management with are toold to give nothing away, either by praise or in fiscal rewards."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure that you get bonus information in writing and put a clause in it so they can not take it away or change the parameters mid stream of your employment. They will change the bonus structure to their advantage if you are coming close to achieving the goals and not tell you they have done so."

What don't you like about working at Autocar LLC?

"The senior management in the service and warranty department. Wanted the field managers to be mechanics and not managers"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide customers with solutions rather than second guessing them with their problems. Let the field managers manage their territories, instead of micro managing the managers from the corporate office."
