3.6There is no doubt that great minds work here. For the most part, employees enjoy working together in a cross-functional and collaborative environment. The downside is the management style and structure. The company promotes a learning environment, which is great for career growth, but also leads to unqualified people being promoted into roles that they are unprepared for due to lack of experience and knowledge...essentially being set up to fail, or at the very least resulting in resentment from co-workers. Senior management has also been known to play favoritism and promotes unqualified employees over more qualified people.
