"There is a total lack of concern for the people who work there, the lower management desires to do what they think will keep upper mgmt off their back."

"Mgmt should ask the people who are affected by a change how it would impact their performance and the customers. Ask the people who do the job how to improve the process."

"The compensation plans could've been much better."

"Communicate more closely with your front-line salespeople."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"AT&T was an awful place to work. The management is sub-par and will take credit for your ideas. Forget about moving up in the company, because you won't. Management makes you work long hours with poor scheduling, and they have the compassion of slave drivers."

"Don't take your employees' ideas and pass them off as your own. If people are number one in sales every month, promote them instead of keeping them under you to earn your numbers. The list goes on, really. DON'T WORK HERE!"
