"Mgmt should ask the people who are affected by a change how it would impact their performance and the customers. Ask the people who do the job how to improve the process."

"AT&T was an awful place to work. The management is sub-par and will take credit for your ideas. Forget about moving up in the company, because you won't. Management makes you work long hours with poor scheduling, and they have the compassion of slave drivers."

"Don't take your employees' ideas and pass them off as your own. If people are number one in sales every month, promote them instead of keeping them under you to earn your numbers. The list goes on, really. DON'T WORK HERE!"
