"This was a wonderful opportunity to work for an excellent company. The income potential was excellent, though dictated by the perception of the products in the industry."

"Be prepared to do a sales pitch. Be confident and make sure you know your abilities and what you are capable of. Also be prepared for a position that is approximately 20% account management and 80% new business hunting as opposed to what the perception of the position is."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"They were not very innovative. When it came to their products, they had a very one size fits all mentality and did not develop fast enough thus falling behind the industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be closer to the leader of the pack as opposed to coasting on reputation alone."

"I wanted to accept a promotion to management but they made LESS income than sales reps."

"Change the way the pay scale is for store management."

"Traveling to other data centers did not garner much to take back to to our central location."

"There is sufficient work to merit hiring new programmers! Sometimes senior programmers are left with the largest part of the work queue..."
