"Simplify the contract implementation process. By eliminating multiple layers from the contract, you can achieve efficiencies."

"I was hired to work in Monterey (where I lived), but a year later, I was asked to commute two hours one way for work."

"No respect for the individual employees - just what have you done for me lately. BellSouth was a much better company to work for and be a part of. It's been downhill ever since AT&T's acquisition."

"Care for and be compassionate towards your customers and employees. Don't be so arrogant!"
