"I did not like the micro-management style and having to deal with Union dues."

"Change the style of managment."

"Meeting certain quotas was a bit nerve-wracking, but I enjoyed working under pressure. Some of my best work came under pressure."

"Attempt to always stay positive around those you lead."

"Micromanagement with some of the first level Sales Managers."

"Worry about the non producers and cut your top performers some slack instead of discouraging them."
