What do you like about working at AT&T?

"Originally the company was Bellsouth and the culture, compensation, and people made this company great. We worked as a team and achieved our goals, and upon achieving them we celebrated our accomplishments. When the company became AT&T the culture changed drastically, but we received the support and brand recognition of one of the largest companies in the world."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"AT&T was not customer focused which made it difficult to retain revenue and grow accounts."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"Selfish managers, unreasonable people without management skills at all, Were report writers only. Would not even make sales calls with their team because of lack of knowledge of product line."

What don't you like about working at AT&T?

"In terms of policies and training, it wasn't a very employee-friendly office. They do a great job of watching company profit, but not of keeping up employee morale. It could have been an awesome place to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage the way you would want to be managed. Remember what your needs were before management was your immediate role."
