I would have to say that they would have to establish some ground with the amount of stores that they are opening so that the upper management would be more available to the stores that are operating right now. In short, I would have to say that I would open these stores in stages and run things till they are smooth and then go to the next area. I would break the store openings down into areas and get them working smooth and then move to the next area. what they are trying to do is open 1500 stores in three years. that is too many too fast. I think that it will be there demise in the long run. They have stores right now that don't even have internet and that is what the company needs to function.
