Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"make sure that it is really what you would like to do. If you interview ask a lot of questions to make sure that they meet your satisfaction and make sure that you will be able to sync with the management. If not, then they will try to get rid of you because you are a bump in the carpet so to speak"

What don't you like about working at Astrum Hearing Solutions?

"They really need to focus on the store that are opened and get all of the kinks worked out before moving forward. It is a real gigantic mess."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have to say that they would have to establish some ground with the amount of stores that they are opening so that the upper management would be more available to the stores that are operating right now. In short, I would have to say that I would open these stores in stages and run things till they are smooth and then go to the next area. I would break the store openings down into areas and get them working smooth and then move to the next area. what they are trying to do is open 1500 stores in three years. that is too many too fast. I think that it will be there demise in the long run. They have stores right now that don't even have internet and that is what the company needs to function."
