"be careful about the management and promises. consutants are not treated well"

"no communication with management, bad management, doesn't treat consultants well, false promises to consultants."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"listen and understand empployees, especially consultants. do not promise the consultants extension with contract before you are happy with their performance. treat consultants as experinced engineers and not idiots"

"I enjoyed the vigor and enthusiasm of my coworkers.I was allowed a far amount of freedom to work on projects."

What don't you like about working at Astronautics?

"They were very short sighted at the time. They laid me off after I finished developing a critical process for manufaturing and repairing NATO aircraft flight instruments at plant one. This process kept the production going and several hundred employed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't be short sighted and dollar foolish. Use a combined long and short term goal strategy for everything. Employees should be your most valuable asset and not disposable commodities."
