"I have worked for AWG for 8 years and have seen this company do nothing but promote record profits. All while cutting departments, employees and services to across their multiple divisions. They have put salary freezes on almost all employees company wide so they can no longer get raises. They have also put more restrictions in place to make is difficult to get equipment. All the management of this company seems to care about is recording record profits so they can have bigger bonuses."

"AWG is a growing company with a lot of potential. I can only speak of how my department is precieved, and there is a lot of opportunities. There are very dated points of view on advertising and marketing. My hopes is find a company that is more open minded and accepting of new ideas."

"Stay optimistic and positive as long as you can, don't let them beat you down"

"The atmosphere in my dept. has been drained of all the creativity it once had."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get rid of the grey cubicles, connect dept. data bases, move, promote more women, update website, relax the dress code, relax the time of day to work schedule, value creativity and its process, allow some working from home, fix slow email, get more bandwidth, allow behaved pets, provide affordable child care, if not moving, provide better lunch area. standing work stations, on site exercise, more education"

"think twice before joining the staff at AWG- money is not everything in life. Fufillment and happiness are much more important."

"The second year I was there a new boss came aboard and it was all down hill from there."
