"Be wary of pitch...they haven't given bonuses for 8 years now."

What don't you like about working at MacDermid?

"It was a very unstable company. In my first 3 weeks of working there, they fired 10 people and my boss did not tell me if I was safe or not so it was really stressful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, the management is great."
