"Anyone interviewing with Coldwell Banker should be prepared for instable income. It is best to have six months reserves to pay bills and marketing."
What don't you like about working at Coldwell Banker?
"It is very hard to support a family getting started on only commission."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest they start with a base salary. Commissions should be payed in installments. This would help the agents focus on generating the business, by eliminating the distraction of wondering when they next paycheck is coming."
