"Although being a realtor is like running your own business and each realtor is a direct competitor, we all represent the same franchise, Keller Williams. We strive to assist each other in any way possible and seek for win-win outcomes with every transaction. Working with associates at Keller Williams and even other agents from other competing franchises is very rewarding."

"This is not a traditional employment opportunity. You are an independent contractor and set your own hours and determine how you will seek and obtain clients to work with. There is plenty of training available, if you want it, but other than that you are responsible for your own level of achievement."
What don't you like about working at Keller Williams Realty?
"Income is 100% commission based. I work hours and hours for clients and spend a lot of money on transportation and marketing materials and get paid NOTHING unless they buy or sell a house. In this market, it is very difficult to find people with enough equity in their home to sell it. Agents are working three times as hard for the same or less money."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I believe the broker/owner should hold non-producing agents a bit more accountable for results. It would be better for the company and it would also give agents incentive to seek higher production."

"probably the most ethical brokerage in the city. Elizabeth Stribling is a class act, and runs a first rate outfit"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The advice I can offer is probably limited. Stribling doesn't really hire many salespersons who don't have real estate experience already in New York City. If you're not ethical Stribling isn't the place for you. Stribling wants aggressive salespeople, but NOT to the extent that you step on the throats of your colleagues, or do something you shouldn't be doing. Stribling guards its reputation fiercely, so toe the line or you'll find yourself out the door very quickly. By-in-large It's an excellent firm for tthe very best talent in the field"
What don't you like about working at Stribling & Associates?
"The technology isn't as good as it could be, and the office is not conducive to times when you need to meet with a client"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would recommend trying to stay more up to date with technology. I might suggest thinking about using the parking' system swhere brokers don't have fixed desks, so that spece could be utilized more efficiently. Perhaps the relationship with REBNY is too close, and should be considered"
