"The corporate emphasis on bringing potential investors through and not having a training sessions on how this are suppose to look in the rooms. Taking on too many patients who should be in nursing homes."

"Sometimes there were some very long hours. Once we had the new computer system fixed and operational that pretty much went away."

"Ensuring the Residents are taken care of given the many dollars they pay. Making sure they receive the right level of care from gentle, competent people. Making sure their meals are good and served politely in a clean dining room. Making sure they are the priority. Enhancing their lives."

"I have never felt less appreciated or respected. Employees are overworked and underpaid, except for the RN. The Staff, as a whole, received a one pound box of white-filmed chocolates for Christmas. The Regional Director was an unethical , abusive bully. Staffing was minimal (one aide per twenty Residents) although the company was making up to 30% at this building. There was one marketing person for three buildings -- she spent almost no time at this building. Marketing fell to the Administrator."

"Be less of a profit monger."

"It's hard on you're body, the lifting, pushing and pulling. You have to be on you're game because if you give a wrong med it could be life or death."

"Put residents first. Make sure everyone who works there is happy because they are the glue that keeps the company going."
"They keep building more facilities but didn't budget for it appropriately so they ended up laying off managers/execs that had been their since the start since they were the highest paid. They also over work and under pay all employees, especially managers."
