What don't you like about working at Bob Evans?

"Having to work every holiday and weekend, and the 12-14 hour shifts with no consistent schedule."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that they should be more considerate with their staff, and criticism should be constructive. Yes the employee should know they are doing wrong, but a corrective action should be in place."
