"I don't like favoritism to employees who play the game, being treated with disrespect by younger, higher level managers, and not following the manager and employee non-dating rules."

"The long 12 hours managers work schedules with 8 hour turn arounds six days a week."

"Listen to staff and not say because I said so, I am the boss."

"Marina City Club was an organization lost in its politics of the members, rather then pursuing career opportuinties."
What do you like about working at Marina City Club?
"I met older members that were wise and sweet and offered gratitude for simple conversations."

"Understand what your job requirements will be, and be sure it is followed through with."
What don't you like about working at Marina City Club?
"There was a lot of contempt between members and presidential board members that kept the restaurant from growing. I had a struggle to show my potential."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A structure of managment is nessecary in all facets of a successful restaurant. There were not rules or regulations in place for restaurant employees."
What do you like about working at Burger King?
"I enjoyed the management staff, and training and working with the employees. I also enjoyed interacting with customers to solve their needs."

"Pay attention to the hours."
What don't you like about working at Burger King?
"The hours of work were very grueling. Management staff was expected to work 50+ hours per week with rotating schedules (Monday midday, Tuesday night, Wednesday midday, Thursday breakfast, etc.)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As I wrote the owner after resigning, consideration should be given to management scheduling to enhance family life, not detract from it."
