"Upper management is terrible and will throw anyone under the bus to make a dollar......no wonder stores are going out of business"

"restructure the upper management scale and create an enviroment where communication is open and allowed"

"It's a great environment. For an ex-professional athlete, having the ability to work out was awesome."

"Please have a strong sales persona. You are required to gather and turn your own leads into sales."

"I dislike the hard cap on growth beyond assistant general manager. The culture is very negative with employees for this reason. The turnover rate is huge from a management standpoint."

"Change the culture of your employees by acknowledging their commitment and hard work. Also, have a better lead generation program."

"The company only cares about the bottom line and the customers. They don't care about employees, workplace environment, or work life balance."

"Improve communication between field operations and corporate. Company is too vertically structured"

"The owner knew very little about running a restaurant, only that he liked to eat in them"
