What do you like about working at David's Bridal?
"Enjoyed working with my sales associates, and developing them to be a great bridal consultants. Enjoyed working with brides and helping them to select their dream gown."
What don't you like about working at David's Bridal?
"The company lacked people skills. We all know that business is business, but you must have some kind of appreciation toward the pepole that work with you. I felt they did not care about anything but the bottom line."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Relax. Respect the employees and care for them and they will do a lot more for you."

"Stay away, unless you are unemployed"

"Yea, wait for five years to work there, and they will have turned over all management by then."

"The limitations on advancement and low salary. No benefits health or 401k. Limited support from my superiors."

"Give more control to your employees to do the job they wee hired to do. Offer benefits."
