Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

What don't you like about working at United States Courts?
"Underpaid. Clientele are often repeat-offender criminals who are angry at the way things are going. Co-workers are nice, but not necessarily as motivated as I am. Consistently understaffed. I take on more than I should have to take on, and feel like I have to put out other people's fires more than do my own work. Building is possibly toxic."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would run a tighter ship and be better organized. I would be less interested in small details and more interested in the big picture. I would be more concerned about the welfare of the employees."
