What do you like about working at United States Courts?

"I like my co-workers, and my job requirements, which include massive amounts of data entry and organization."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I hope you're not doing it for the money. You'll be consistently underwhelmed by state work."

What don't you like about working at United States Courts?

"Underpaid. Clientele are often repeat-offender criminals who are angry at the way things are going. Co-workers are nice, but not necessarily as motivated as I am. Consistently understaffed. I take on more than I should have to take on, and feel like I have to put out other people's fires more than do my own work. Building is possibly toxic."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would run a tighter ship and be better organized. I would be less interested in small details and more interested in the big picture. I would be more concerned about the welfare of the employees."
