"KPMG is a very reputable organization, and an investor in people. They provide challenging tasks, and trust the professional judgement of their employees."

"Know the key competencies as these are the qualities the company expects all members of staff to have. Also, aim to demonstrate these competencies within the interview process."
What don't you like about working at KPMG?
"A key area where some improvement can be targeted is work-life balance. There is excessive amounts of overtime, tight deadlines, and overall work pressure, increased stress levels, which has the potential of affecting an employee's personal health."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Lead by example. Be a leader. For example, if it is required of employees to work overtime, be there for your employees too. Portray to them that you are all in this together as a team. Provide realistic expectations regarding work hours, deadline scheduling, and what is expected on a given project overall. Ensure that people are paid and rewarded accordingly for their efforts.Inspire people, understand their needs and make time to address them."

"Need better policies and rules for how accounting policies are to be adhered to on the shows themselves. The policies and rules need to be written out."
