Very Corporate, just got bought by Nexstar who came in and got rid of a lot of departments and employees who have been here for 10+ years, so that is always sad. Live TV is super exciting and can be rewarding, high stress and not good pay."

"The reporting structure left myself and my staff unsupported and the procurement system was limited."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I encouraged the company to get electronic requisitioning. I actually worked with a consultant to design a system that would work to meet the needs of the various divisions. The company chose to not move forward with electronic requisitioning."

"I love being on the Lot, being around Movie Stars seems to have a way of not making work feel like work."

"My tips for anybody applying for this position would be to be prepared to get thrown into the fire if they got the job and smile and treat everybody like a Rock Star because even the little guys on this account can get you fired."
