"Be completely honest with yourself as to what you want and need for your future career and personal growth so that you can provide this information and determine if the opportunity at ASSI will provide 75-80% of the opportunities you need to try to achieve both objectives, professional and personal growth."

"Lack of continued growth opportunities in technical areas includiing information systems, other management practices for reporting and determining possible opportunities either for new business or improvements to profits and compliance with all legal requirements"
