"There was a time when they had good people working at DRA however most have been fired - just prior to bonus time."

"Enough research on this company will show DRA to have very high turn-over and be a terrible career move. Any honest recruiter will tell you the same."

"Very uncomfortable and tense working environment. Partners are always very condescending. Absolute ZERO job security."

"Countrywide Home Loans (now Bank of America) was an excellent employer and provided a mission statement and company culture that provided opportunity for me to grow and learn. The merger with Bank of America however, changed these aspects of growth, culture and opportunity."

"Keep your skills sharp, learn as much as you can, and prove how these talents translate to contributing to the Company, shareholders and other Company stakeholders."

"The merger with Bank of America did not provide enough opportunity for me to grow in other parts of the Company, and as a result, I was laid off."

"Provide an atmosphere of support and be more aware of the skills and expertise of its associates and how the associates can contribute to the Company bottom line with untapped talents that go beyond the current job assignment."
