"Just be yourself. The company was a non-profit company and cared deeply about the work they were doing."

"I didn't like getting laid off. The company was having finacial difficulties."

"I do not have any suggestions for management. Eventhough I was laid off I enjoyed my time with the company."

"Initially the company showed great promise however due to lay-offs every other year, diminished the work culture and created a crab mentality environment"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a company to gain experience in the field, however it does not promise any real longevity or growth. If you are inexperienced it is a great spring board, however, those with previous experience in the industry will find themselves unchallenged and without growth. The company in itself needs to mature."
What don't you like about working at Kazork?
"The lack of clear vision and direction the company showed, every 6 months the CEO had a new vision."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Force the CEO to stick to a clear and thought out vision. Learn to master one vision at a time, instead of focusing on so many different things at one time."

"The company is in a constant state of hiring and firing. There is no job stability."

"Stabilize the company. Break the cycle of hiring and firing and improve morale."

"They moved to a nice building in January. The building has many ammenities such as a food court and a gym."

"They are in a constant cycle of hiring and firing. Consider it a temporary job and start looking for your next job immediately."

"The constant lay offs made for a stressful environment. Most of the managers are not qualified to manage people and don't have the personality for it."

"Stop the constant cycle of hiring and firing. Diversify the business."

"Management is very top heavy and at times it can be an environment where you are micro managed. I don't always agree with the heavy corporate management reporting"

"Allow more autonomy for employees, and less micro managing. There are too many managers for the number of employed asset managers"
