"There is nothing that I did not like about Chrysler."

"I don't have any suggestion at all, because they're doing a great job already."

"this is a big company and people over there are very nice"

"the drive was not bad and mu boss was really great"

"I would say if your willing to be lied to and it don't bother you to have to put rose petal down on the ground before you talk to the team leader then go for it"

"the team-leader seem to be two face she would talk bad about someone to me then turn around and talk bad about me to them"

"be careful who you give team leader too they are not all they seem to be"

"-Job pays the bills and mortgage -Health Insurance -Dental Insurance -Life Insurance -Ok Pay for Community -Ok life and work balance in my department"

"Dont go with this company! Ask the wrong question and you will be walked out the door!!!"
What don't you like about working at Case New Holland America?
"-Management is very poor. -Bully/harass employees instead of being helpful. -Make employees do jobs they were not hired for or trained in. -If you disagree with Management, you are fired. -Too many tiers of management for company. -Managers belittle employees in-front of other employees and management! -No respect from management to employees!! -Supervisors that dont know how to supervise. -Dont hire from within for Supervisor/Lead positions! -Advertise jobs, takes weeks to hear back, no interview for job even if you are well qualified, then give job to someone else who has no previous experience in that department! -3 HR people and we still dont know what they do!! -World Class Manufacturing Waste of money!!!! -Unsafe place to work!! -Worried more about quantity than quality! -Work 12 hour days and weekends! -Always running out of parts!!!! -Paying suppliers late or not at all! -They only have 1 supplier per part!! Should have 2 suppliers, if 1 cant make item other can!!! -Lots of promises they never deliver on!!!! -Very bureaucratic!! -Vacation is frozen for use in July, when company is shut down!! -Employee morale is very very low!!! -Lots of red tape!!! -If you are strong willed, dont work here!! You are to sit back and just take the abuse!!! -High employee turnover!!!"

"Wake up!!! Look around!! Listen to your employees!!! Even if you are in charge, does not make you right all the time!!!! Treat your employees with respect and get over yourself!!! Instead of complaining at the employees or staring at them to get them to move faster, jump in and help!! Hire from within!! Then management would know how things really work on the floor. A company is supposed to work as a team!!"
