"Great co-workers. Unfortunately, being part of such a large system you are just a number. Numerous legal papers for taxes, etc., have been lost and have needed to be resubmitted. In addition, when calling HR you get routed through a call center, and a specialist has 5 business days to call you back. No one is able to make a decision or take care of problems without calling a specialist. A lot of wasted health care dollars run rampant in this company. Additionally, there are a lot of standards brought forth by the AMA and AACN that are neglected and never put into practice."
