"The Management sucks. There was to much corruption."

"Salary is not comparable to other companies in this area."

"The management staff at our location are good and very willing to help each of us."

"Possibility for advancement and moving from area to area of the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Interview only if you can't find something better, you are barely getting into the workforce or do not really care to stay long term. There are other companies in the area that are more focused on employee satisfaction and less focused on delivering the promised results to contractors at all costs, as usually happens with outsourcing companies."

What don't you like about working at arvato?

"Overloading of responsibilities and tasks on ALL PERSONNEL - from upper management to call center agents. Employees are pushed to their limits of capacity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better screening of entry-level personnel. The environment in this place is not very professional. Everyone ends up bringing their personal problems to the workplace and to whoever does not, work becomes a personal problem because of this!"

"The freedom of being able to be my self. To strategize and cost cut in the six sigma phase."

"Income wise I feel that it could have been better."

"Communicate with employees and get their input on ideas for the company. They have good ones."

"Arvato was a fun up beat atmosphere, staff was very friendly and so were the co-workers."

"Arvato likes their employees to be upbeat and positive, therefore, I would suggest interviewing with the most positive attitude and good energy as possible."

"There was not much room for growth."

"I would suggest management to get more involved with what is going on in the day to day work load."

"I used to work with the same people at Deluxe Media Services. It was bought by Arvato and some of the same IT people are there."

"Arvato closed the operation I was involved with."

"Think high level plans out good before executing them."

"This experience was not the greatest, but not the worst either. I worked for Arvato for about a year and a half and saw that it was not a place where hard work or intelligence would get you very far. Honestly, I don't know what does get you ahead there other than sheer luck and good timing. There were very few people in management who seemed to have a decent idea of what was actually going on, but the rest of the bloated management team didn't seem to do much at all. Would I recommend it? No."

"Its a job in testing, which I love. I really love working in the field."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Expect at least 20% less than your hoping for in terms of compensation. The benefits are fantastic, but the pay isn't. And be warned about promises that wont be kept. Get every promise in writing."

What don't you like about working at arvato?

"the struggles and all the politics involved in getting the work done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit thinking about how to better yourselves and start worrying about bettering the program. There are a lot of I's in that team."

"Talking to different people on a regular basis and always something new."

"Ask how everything works and how the procedures are handled when issues arise."

"The way the company handles situations aren't in my opinion good business practices."

"Listen more to the employees because they are the ones who know what's really going on throughout the daily process."
