"Interview only if you can't find something better, you are barely getting into the workforce or do not really care to stay long term. There are other companies in the area that are more focused on employee satisfaction and less focused on delivering the promised results to contractors at all costs, as usually happens with outsourcing companies."

What don't you like about working at arvato?

"Overloading of responsibilities and tasks on ALL PERSONNEL - from upper management to call center agents. Employees are pushed to their limits of capacity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better screening of entry-level personnel. The environment in this place is not very professional. Everyone ends up bringing their personal problems to the workplace and to whoever does not, work becomes a personal problem because of this!"
