"This experience was not the greatest, but not the worst either. I worked for Arvato for about a year and a half and saw that it was not a place where hard work or intelligence would get you very far. Honestly, I don't know what does get you ahead there other than sheer luck and good timing. There were very few people in management who seemed to have a decent idea of what was actually going on, but the rest of the bloated management team didn't seem to do much at all. Would I recommend it? No."

"Always putting business needs first without regard for the human factor will eventually lead to poor employee morale and loss of great human resources."

"Get involved. Know your employees. Be held accountable and like your job."

"Listen more to the employees because they are the ones who know what's really going on throughout the daily process."

"Efficiency was a problem. Nothing was done to make better."

"Make changes to increase efficience. Efficience is important, it should be monitored."

"Expect at least 20% less than your hoping for in terms of compensation. The benefits are fantastic, but the pay isn't. And be warned about promises that wont be kept. Get every promise in writing."

"the struggles and all the politics involved in getting the work done."

"Quit thinking about how to better yourselves and start worrying about bettering the program. There are a lot of I's in that team."
