"it's a very small company and there barely any growth opportunity."

"They need to trust their employees that they are doing their job correctly and quit micromanaging"

"The team consists of some great people. Some of the work is interesting."

"Negotiate what you can for yourself when they are courting you. Get it all in writing with a signature. They like to make verbal promises, then NEVER follow through."

"Lack of honesty shown to employees from the top. More of a production culture than a creative culture."

"Stop painting unrealistic pictures of the future of the company. Try investing in your employees with concrete rewards rather than trying to motivate them by making promises that are never kept."
