"I have worked for Arrow Electronics for 5 years and it was a good company with good benefits when I joined however top management is not connected with the problems and lack of professionalism of the middle managers; which put high stress on the sales people without providing the resources. Many people is not motivated, due to unattainable sales budgets."

"If you're interested in a company that puts shareholders as top priority then by all means this place is for you. If you believe that people make the difference, don't sign on."

What don't you like about working at Arrow Electronics?

"New management. All about the shareholders and no concern for customers or employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean house... remove the senior management politics. VP and above have no clue to the business they are managing, due to moving from position to position. In 5 years as a senior manager, I reported to 11 different VP/Directors and I never changed my position."
