"Great working enviornment. Strong team with great work ethic, flexible schedule, and ability to produce products for various customers that make a difference in protecting US forces and interests."

"Being on a year to year contract makes life a little less predictable than how I would like it. Going up to the last minute before knowledge of renewal comes is not a situation that I like to put myself in."

"Working as management in my current capacity, I work hard to listen to the concerns of my fellow Soldiers. I appreciate the ability to be able to recognize what are making employees happy and content or stressed and less than satisfied."
