"Its a part time position in the national guard so make sure you have the ability to either go to college of get a full time job to go along with it."

"Waking up before the rest of the population. We have Physical Training early."

"I really do not having anything like a management position to make suggestions for. We are our own managers as Officers."

"There are times when working for the government means that work could be done but you have to wait for someone to say go."

"If the employees think they can do the job then let them do it, they might supprise you."

"Great working enviornment. Strong team with great work ethic, flexible schedule, and ability to produce products for various customers that make a difference in protecting US forces and interests."

What don't you like about working at Army National Guard?

"Being on a year to year contract makes life a little less predictable than how I would like it. Going up to the last minute before knowledge of renewal comes is not a situation that I like to put myself in."

"Working as management in my current capacity, I work hard to listen to the concerns of my fellow Soldiers. I appreciate the ability to be able to recognize what are making employees happy and content or stressed and less than satisfied."
