"Make sure you are very clear about the position you are interviewing for since positions change dramatically when hired."

"Lack of communication from Supervisor while that person micromanages sales data and cannot provide any tips/suggestions for improving."

"Review Regional Management performance and make proper assessment of that person's capabilities or lack of it."

"I didn't like the promotion system at times. The pay was also very hard to accept at times because of the declining auto market, our pay was changing monthly."
