What do you like about working at ARAMARK?

"The ARAMARK mission is one I can support. People need food, and in particular for the Schools division, this is a vital need that has to be done correctly. Quite literally, there are children in America who receive exactly two nutritious meals each day: a breakfast served by ARAMARK and a lunch served by ARAMARK."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This site doesn't permit people to give ratings below 1 star. That's unfortunate because ARAMARK doesn't deserve a full star for most of the categories."

What don't you like about working at ARAMARK?

"Everything except the mission."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Churn and burn might be a profitable and viable strategy, but it's not a respectable one."
