"I enjoy being an application developer because you are actively creating a product that you can see and use that you crafted with your own abilities. I dislike having to debug other people's code though, but who doesn't!"
"Yes. I have have chances to know a lot of projects. And people who are on the team are very friendly."
"My favorite part is creative problem solving. Whether it's simplifying a time consuming business task for employees, creating a framework for enforcing business rules at high-level, or a resolving a complex technical problem; I like to find solutions. My least favorite is the maintenance phase, as it is provides opportunities for problem-solving, but seldom of a creative nature. I dislike working where IT is viewed as an expense to the company rather than an competitive advantage."
"I am not interested for development side."
"I love to be Admin/Application/Developer/Project Leader."
"What I love most about being an Application Developer is the freedom to solve complicated problems. I enjoy being given key tasks when assigned a project as well as complete freedom to determine goals and components. In particular, the ability to impact large groups of people and enrich their work or personal lives through my own work is very rewarding. I enjoy solving puzzles, and every assignment is a puzzle."
"I love writing code. so I love to be application developer. Don't dislike anything being a developer."
"It's hard being a programmer and being an hourly employee. Sometimes motivation or a spark of an idea to resolve an issue hits you outside of 8-5 but being an hourly employee, you can't do anything about it until you are back on the clock. I would have preferred to be a salaried employee but this is a personal preference and others might enjoy the strict 8-5 work window. Being creative, it's hard to work within those confines."
"I love the passion of work, its dynamic nature. The design and development phase is very challenging and interesting. It's more fruitful when working with a dynamic and joyful team. There are a great developing environment and supporting frameworks for the applications, which makes the life easier and interesting. The negative part is as an application developer, sometimes the benchmark will be crucial. The deadlines and requirement changes by clients also can be more critical."
"I would love to work with experienced teammates to create wonderful products."
