"The market became tight, everyone become under pressure."

"Adjusting to realistic goals during tough times."

What do you like about working at AppleOne?

"I did enjoy learning from other levels of the company such as examining. I learned many things that will help in other jobs, such paying attention to detail, helping others, maintaining a comfortable working atmosphere for my team. I learned how to assist the team lead in the distribution of work for our team members."

"Work hard."

What don't you like about working at AppleOne?

"I did not like the fact that it was a temporary position and when time came around for consideration to become a permanent employee, it just got cancelled all together. The company began outsourcing work making less work for us and people began getting laid off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My suggestions would be to try and keep a close working relationship with employees in lower levels so that management is aware of what is done and what isn't done so that solutions or rewards can be implemented."
