"I liked using OSX and combining data for SAP and several in-house systems."

"Company business groups had the oldest and slowest Mac's (600 mhz), could have cut 3 or more hours out of the day on processing spreadsheets if machines were faster."

"Get a clue, and learn more about what is actually involved in what your employees are doing. This is in regard to AppleCare management."

"Become more accessible to your customers. Recently, it seems Apple is becoming what Microsoft was: overly confident in their own sense of genius, and less responsive to what their customers need and want."
