"Apollo Group was very thorough and intentional about offering ongoing training to all employees at every level of the organization. Various forms of training modules were available for employees to start thinking outside of their experiences."

What don't you like about working at Apollo Group?

"Immediate supervisory level was not balanced by 360 degree feedback from the team in its decisions nor it performance goals. Therefore, assessments and goals set by that level did not include information that directly affect outcomes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Apollo Group's various levels of management for enrollment are a little disjointed in the overall direction but managers who contribute value are guaranteed reciprocal resources to further their performance."
