"Working for Aon Hewitt was ok but they were very strict at a lot of things in which it didn't need to be. I felt like I was at school instead of a work place. I really don't see why it's a temp job because they waste a lot of money by hiring people then firing them the next second. I was laid off for something so stupid. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. It's really hard to start anything. I had to put my whole life on hold because I was scared that I would be gone any day."

"I am not sure what I like about it at all."

"Don't interview. Run away. Go somewhere else. Don't look back."

"There is not much of a work-life balance around here at all."

"I like having the ability to take on several job duties, and organize and delegate technical documents."

"Be open about your hobbies and personal interests. They want to hire people who are involved in activities outside of work."

"I don't like the abrasive company culture, and there was a lack of support from the floor supervisors."

"Take more interest in the work from the employees, and reward them for good work, not just punishing for bad work."

"I suggest potential candidates dress and present themselves in a professional manner."

"The primary thing I had issues with Aon Hewitt is the technical equipment in IT."

"I suggest management invest in updated technical equipment so employees can perform at a premium level."

"I didn't like the lack of cohesion. I know this is a new department, but it still appears no one has any clue what they are doing. That is because they hire people who are clueless."

"Take care of your employees, I have heard multiple times just be lucky you have a job, and that is unacceptable. The management is a joke."
