"Aon as a company sells you a very nice dream but there follow through leaves you scratching your head. the pay scale is mush to low for the type of work that is involved. the bonus structured offered in the beginning kept changing as it got closer to the time it is suppose to be paid out & even that gets delayed. a lot of promises maid that were not fulfilled & this will leave a bad taste In your mouth as an employee."

"Triple check your resume, be very honest, and be yourself. The people there are nice."

"The management structure has far too many layers, and the wrong managers are put in the wrong roles."

"Don't promote people into uselessness. Find new ways to allow your top high-value employees to perform the roles they want, and continue to increase their contribution and compensation without having to go into management."

"The people are wonderful. We have a great group of people who are dedicated to serving our clients and delivering the highest level of quality."

"Show a commitment to our clients. Focus on quality and you'll have no problem."

"I've gotten to my current role faster than anyone and I appreciate that. However, in our current state, the opportunities to move up have slowed down."

"Stop looking at just reports and making decisions based on that. Hear what the people doing the work are saying and let that play some part into decision making."

"Have more user-friendly programs and policies in place. The company is still merging and it's been a slow process."
