"Outstanding at providing true work experience!"

What do you like about working at AOL?

"A great place that taught me basic and intermediate Windows OS support for AT&T and a host of ISP providers. Also learnt a great deal about UNIX and MAC OS while providing technical support at Level II while interacting with AT&T Database Admins and Network Engineers. A great opportunity to learn Networking, OS and backend systems as AT&T used Oracle backend systems for the various customer databases including Adelphia, Charter, Cox communications, etc. A highly professional technical and CRM support environment for various leading-edge firms, with emphasis on strong performance metrics. Stream represents a bold attempt to give real work experience in a highly interactive environment with IT professionals and students."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be professional!"
