"I was the technical person interviewing many technical people for AOL employment. There is no better person than me to offer suggestions. But I am now stressed because AOL did not recognize my contributions. So, unfortunately I cannot comment on this."

"Be open about the strategy. Recognize employees who go beyond call of duty to help company succeed. I had been a faithful servant working far beyond my called duties, assuming responsibilities not any other DBA took. But the company failed to recognize that."
