"I worked for Anthem for almost 2 years. my intensions were to get the company away from table work into assembly line to improve on productivity. The original staff could not handle change. The old saying (you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink). it was extremely frustrating, also it was a revolving door. Looking for a place that I can train, and share my experiences to all."
